Refund policy

At Laloon Creations, we want you to love your jewellery as much as we love creating it. If you are not 100% happy with your Laloon piece, you are welcome to exchange it or Laloon credit can be arranged under certain conditions.

Returns & Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order. 

Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and in the original packaging.

Please note that return shipping costs are for your account.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom or personalised items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at lalooncreations@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. 

To initiate an exchange or repair, please email us with your order details.
