Hi, I'm Ladien, the hands, heart and daydreamer behind Laloon Creations.

My jewellery journey started in 2014 out of pure frustration. I couldn't find trendy pieces made from quality materials, everything either turned my ears against me or weighed them down like anchors. 

So, I enrolled in part-time jewellery classes at the Ruth Prowse School of Art. I fell in love with the process of creating something special that hadn't existed before. When the pandemic hit and the studio doors closed, I did what any slightly obsessed jewellery maker would do: I bought the equipment and set up at home. I needed the joy too much.

Every piece I make is one-of-a-kind. Handcrafted from silver, brass, semi-precious stones, vibrant beads and the occational treasure I pick up at the beach. Each piece is designed to last and to mean something.

I believe jewellery is more than just an accessory. It tells a story, holds a memory and is a symbol of love.

Oh, and if you are wondering about the name, Laloon is the phonetic spelling of "La Luna," French for 'the moon'. Something I've always been drawn to for its quiet mystery and timeless wonder. 🌙
