What you need to know!

Shipping

We ship via PEP Paxi (R60 - R110) or The Courier Guy (R160). You will be able to choose your preferred shipping method at checkout.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Each piece is handmade to order, which takes 5 - 10 days. Once completed, shipping time depends on your chosen courier service.

International shipping is possible, please contact lalooncreations@gmail.com for timelines and pricing.

How do I determine my ring size?

1. Visit a local jeweller for an accurate measurement.
2. Download a ring sizer app and use an existing ring to get the correct measurement. 
3. Measure the inside diameter of a well-fitting ring.

Care instructions

The brass part of the jewellery can be gently rubbed with a soft cloth and a bit of lemon juice or a vinegar and water mix. For the ultimate shine, you can also use Brasso metal polish.

Silver parts are best kept clean with a silver polishing cloth or mild soap and water.

For pieces made of silver only, you can also follow these simple steps to list tarnish away naturally:

1. Line a bowl with aluminum foil.
2. Add a table spoon of bicarbonate of soda.
3. Place your silver jewellery inside.
4. Pour boiling water over it and let it soak for a few minutes.
5. Rinse and dry with a soft cloth.
